Clematis, Coriander and I

I, sitting on a window-sill, spot clematis planted in the garden.
After a downpour was over, my dad planted it there, I think.

It has a velvety purple flower. I wonder why my mum chose this one, not pink one this time.
I hope this large-flowered clematis will grow and produce a mass of velvety blooms next year.

My dad picked up some coriander from the garden this morning.
“Darling, please make coriander salad for lunch,” my mum asked him.
“All right! I’ll make fresh and tasty one for you,” he replied.

No thank you! Not for me, Dad! I absolutely hate the smell of coriander.

I’m getting sleepy. I might as well sleep on the window-sill until my lunch time.
