A newborn baby panda
has become a major draw at Ueno Zoological Gardens in Tokyo.
The female panda cub
born two months ago is set to be named by the public!
Last week my mum participated in
suggesting a name for the cub, and said:
“Ah, I can hardly wait
for her name announcement.”
Watching the cub’s
growing process on television: opening her eyes, crawling and rolling over on
the floor.
“Mmm, she looks a lot
like a panda soft toy – absolutely adorable! Don’t you think, Pinot?” she said
and went on: “Oh, she already weighs 3 kg. Same as you, Pinot!”
“Ho, ho, ho!”
I wonder if the giant
panda belongs to the cat family. If so, I would be very grateful.
Well, I’m getting
hungry anyhow.
